Gonstead Technique
Named after its developer, Dr. Clarence Gonstead, this approach came from his engineering background. His “foundation principle” explains how a subluxation pattern in one area of the spine can produce compensatory changes in another.
Thompson Drop Technique
The Thompson Technique, developed by Dr. J. Clay Thompson, has evolved into a system of analysis and a way of adjusting the full spine.
The combination produces precise adjustments and high levels of patient comfort.

My back is like a ‘normal’ back now. I am pain free
After having an MRI scan, I was told I needed a back operation. I really didn’t want that. A colleague at work told me about an amazing chiro he knew, I’d had lots of treatments by different people up until then so did not think anything would work. My colleague convinced me to give Kevin a go; I am so glad I did. For those of you who suffer from back problems you will know how miserable it is. My back is like a ‘normal’ back now. I am pain free, I go to the gym regularly and I can attend classes- even one called Body Attack! I joke that Kevin has ‘healing hands’; but I think he does! Thanks Kevin.

I go to Alpha Chiropractic clinic after Kevin came to my place of work in Hemel Hempstead. I was impressed with his ability to tell me what pain he thought I was in. I go for Chiropractic sessions and for injection treatment regularly. I even make the journey from Hitchin on days off. He has even accommodated an emergency which I was so grateful for. Kevin is great at what he does and the practice is very nice and always has parking space at the back. Most highly recommended.
