An early start for our Pilates class this morning. Despite it being cold, dark and wet the students have braved the weather and arrived with enthusiasm at the nice warm Pilates Studio at Alpha Chiropractic Clinic Hemel Hempstead. A great way to start the day and indeed, the week, they don’t want to go back to being low back pain sufferers.
