There are still places left for those wishing to do pilates classes at Alpha Chiropractic & Sports Injury Clinic, Hemel Hempstead.

Classes will have a maximum of 6 participants, therefore gauranteeing individual attention and tuition. Classes can be bought in 5-class packages, for £45 per package.

An initial “one-off” class can be purchased, so you can give the classes a try without the longer commitment. We are confident if you do this you will want to purchase the more.
